What we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
This policy applies to perihelion.team and to email you send us. We do not currently offer any app or user accounts.
Who we are
Perihelion Technologies, Inc. ("Perihelion", "we") is an applied research lab. Our registered office is 850 New Burton Rd, Suite 201, Dover, DE 19904, United States.

What we collect
On this website. Our hosting provider (Render) and its content delivery network (Cloudflare) may log each request, including the IP address, browser type and page requested, and keep those logs under their own retention schedules. We set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers. The pages make no third-party requests: text, fonts and scripts are served from our own origin.
When you email us. Your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write or attach.
We collect nothing else, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.
How we use it
To keep this website running and secure. To reply when you write to us. To meet legal obligations. We do not use anything you send us to train models, and we do not use it for marketing.
Service providers
This website is hosted by Render and served through Cloudflare. Email is handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their service agreements with us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Request logs are kept by our hosting providers as described above. We keep email for as long as we need it to correspond with you and for ordinary business records, and we delete it sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hi@perihelion.team. We answer within 45 days and may take a further 45 days if a request is complex. We may ask you to confirm a request from the email address it concerns. An authorized agent may act for you with your written permission.
California. Whether or not the CCPA applies to us, California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold and ask us to delete or correct them. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not treat you differently because you exercised a right. Because we do no tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals change nothing here.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
This website is served only over HTTPS, and access to email and logs is limited to people at Perihelion who need it. No system is perfect. Where the law requires, we will notify affected people and regulators of a breach.
We are based in the United States; our providers may store or process data there or in other countries.
Changes
We will post any change on this page and update the date below. Before we launch any product that collects personal data, we will update this policy to cover it.
